Dealing with this landlord has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. The level of negligence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for tenants’ well-being is appalling. Basic responsibilities such as timely repairs, clear communication, and maintaining the property to a livable standard were consistently ignored.
Instead of addressing issues, the landlord repeatedly delayed, dismissed concerns, and showed a complete lack of accountability. This behavior demonstrates not just poor management, but a blatant indifference to the rights of tenants.
If you value transparency, reliability, and even the most fundamental respect as a tenant, avoid this landlord at all costs. Renting here is nothing short of a nightmare.
Access into this building is also a nightmare, traffic while getting in and getting out, long queues to access the elevator, poorly maintained building, even the public washroom is a mess. no hygiene at all.

How could I know that visitors parking on podium 1, is in the 1 floor?? In elevator it’s just 1floor! No parking or podium words. I lost 20 mins and had to pay extra hour!

WARNING ! to all New Tenants. Do not take office in this building. Cleaning and chiller is the BIGGEST issue. You will have to finally leave your office after few months. Problem is that they are not making timely payments to Cleaning contractors thus Cleaner do not clean garbage boxes and litter garbage in front of your offices. You will face this problem almost 25 days in a month. Everyday there is an heated arguments in management office. The in-charge of building cleaning Ms. Stella never attend your call and meet you. She is most irresponsible person here and do not take any responsibility. Their management office is in another building (Infinity Tower - the second next building from Regal tower ) thus they are least bother about any cleaning issue. The garbage room are in front of Lifts thus when you come out from lift the Garbage gives you a warm welcome. Its a wastage of time to complaint to management. So BEAWARE before taking any property here. Yes they clean the reception area only. Second challenge is Chiller service. If some of the tenant are not paying their maintenance charges in building they stop the service for all floors, there is no separate connection for each floor. They have not paid a huge dues to chiller services providers thus at last you will have to suffer. I am putting this review after lots of complaints to management since last three months.
